The car starts on the button and drives very well with the big engine pulling well and a smooth gearbox with working overdrive on 3rd and 4th gears and is effortless when cruising and very happy in modern traffic. Having been enjoyed by just four previous keepers this lovely MG C was the subject of an extensive mechanical and bodywork restoration completed around 2016 and is offered with a photographic record and specification sheet (please see photos for the full list), some old MOT certificates and a "huge" file of invoices. Restored to 'Downton Stage 2 specification' with the aim of competing in classic rally events this wasn't meant to be so the car was sold to the previous owner who has used it sparingly. Possibly the one of best MGC roadsters on the market right now, it is by far the best we have had the pleasure of owning and driving. This MG is just waiting to be enjoyed in new hands.
