1969 MGB GT Oselli Graduate. Black with Black leather and red piping. This fabulous MGB has been with its last owner for 27 years having purchased it in 1981. The car was restored in March 1986 by Malick Cars, MG specialists in Kettering with the invoice on file. In 1998 after 17 years of ownership the car was sent to Oselli a very well known tuning company for MG and BMC products. They converted the car to a Graduate specification and the work carried out as follows:
1995cc Stage 2 lead free, ported and polished heads, fully lightened and balanced with flywheel, clutch, performance distributor, alloy rocker cover. Matched inlet manifold and twin Weber carburettor.
Replace gearbox assembly for that with overdrive and rewire. Modify mountings and propshaft as required.
Strip out suspension and replace all rubbers and bushes. Install Koni suspension with handling kit. Strip out front brakes, overhaul calipers, replace brake discs and pads to suit. Install brake servo system.
Strip out all interior trim re-trimming in black leather piped in red installing head rests to seats.
Fit five Minilite Knock On alloy wheels with tyres.
A new speedometer was fitted at the time of conversion and the car has covered just 5,000 miles since leaving Oselli.
The history file contains all of the invoices from Oselli documenting the Graduate conversion and service work thereafter. This is the best BGT we have driven and is a very well sorted car that is an absolute joy to drive with fantastic power and handling. Oselli still carry out these conversions today and to replicate this car would cost tens of thousands of pounds. If you are looking for a very rare and very special MGB then this car is well worth a look. Absolutely any inspection is welcome. All major debit cards accepted. Delivery can be arranged.
